I think you should try to work up something with chorizo as a central ingredient. You would most likely be the first cupcake-maker ever to achieve that, and would be accorded would-wide fame and reknown, not to mention achive a stunning commercial success, if you could pull it off. On the other hand, if you couldn’t … well, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Seriously, I love coconut so maybe something along those lines would be more practical, if not as unique. I volunteer to test each batch.
